I phoned to enquire about an appointment on the number given on the website,I was told by an ansaphone that I had to phone a mobile number to reach the appointments desk which kept me waiting for half an hour before I was answered, this is absolutely ridiculous,why is the hospital number shown and then you are redirected to another number,probably in India,that call cost me money as I was phoning from a landline,all I was told repeatedly was that I was in a queue and that I would be connected as soon as possible,ridiculous!,all I wanted to do was ask a simple question which took 10 minutes to answer,total inconsideration for patient's circumstances I.e. not being able to afford the ridiculous charges.
