"They don't like you seeing the doctor"

Whenever I try to get an appointment the receptionist make the phone call difficult. Today I needed an appointment to get varicose veins examined. They insisted I have a phone consultation first, so I left my number. One hour later I received a phone call from someone, not my Dr. After I explained my issues this person read the nhs websites description of varicose veins. Then he told me that I needed to see my go. However, despite sitting in the reception department, he was unable to ask them to book the appointment. Receptionist insisted that I hang up and phone the appointments number again. I did this, but after being on hold for an hour I lost my temper and hung up. My wife tried to phone on my behalf, but gave up on the waiting time. (She then phoned her go for something and was sorted in under a minute, including her she time). I've not been able to see the up, and instead the discomfort in my legs got worse due to stress. I've always got the internet to advise me on safe exercise techniques ECT...
