About: Northwick Park Hospital / Paediatrics

Our baby was admitted due to a high fever. The nurse who did her check up was rude and judgemental. Total lack of empathy toward us. She gives personal advice about parenting. Being judge in such a horrible situation only increases the stress levels of the parents who need to be at their most to take care of their sick baby.

I was sorry to learn that your baby had to recently be admitted to the Trust with a high fever. It was disappointing to learn that this stressful time was exacerbated by the staff member you have referred to in your feedback.
