(as a service user),

My experience of ACT. provided by health & care services has been very positive and has and is enabling me to think in a new way that has a positive effect on my health and wellbeing whilst in recovery from addiction.

It also aids in giving me a positive mindset to dealing with every day life.

I am pleased to hear you have had a positive experience and it is lovely to hear this intervention has had a positive effect on your health and wellbeing and you are benefiting from being able to use the skills you have in day to day life.
