"Parking only"

I have noticed over the last few years cars are being parked on the main road in the hospital grounds with no action taken. They are also not paying for parking , but are causing an obstruction for cars and ambulances.

I have highlighted this to the parking attendance on several occasions and normally they manage to get out of the hut and issue parking fines. On 28/11/18 at 9.50 amI mentioned it again. “ I will send someone out “ 1 hour later no action. I must admit it was raining a bit

I also observed cars in disabled bays with no badges displayed.

The parking attendants need to be more proactive to solve the above issues and not just patrol the car park looking for over run tickets who have paid and have parked legally.
