"infant feeding team"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care (Wards 21-24)

(as a service user),

Recently had my baby girl two weeks and required support from the infant feeding team regarding breast feeding. The team quickly picked up my little one had a tongue tie and work very efficently to have this monitored and then snipped.

The support both in hospital from this particular team and upon discharge was amazing. My little girl was seen at the clinic as soon as able and her tongue tie was resolved using a simple procedure.

I am very grateful to the infant feeding team who continue to be a great support and are a credit to new mums.

Many many thanks!

Dear Taylor 2

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments on Care Opinion. Your feed back is very important to us.

I will pass on your kind comments to the Breast Feeding Team. It was great to read that the support you received was a positive experience and that that the team picked up your daughters tongue tie quickly and your continued support with breast feeding.

May I take this opportunity to congratulate you on the birth of your daughter and wish you and your family well

best wishes

Elaine
