"Don’t expect this surgery to take blood in..."

Lied to about blood in water, always ask to see your test strip! they don’t take this seriously at this practice, told pains were gall stones, yet private organised scan stated no stones, lumps not checked! Told I was unwell as unfit, yet wouldn’t do basic checks on water, I don’t think blood in water has anything to do with being unfit! One gp took a ten minute call during consultation from a family member to discuss a family barbecue. Changing surgery has been the best thing my whole family has done after poor, ignorant treatment to all, the difference in treatment at our new practice is phenomenal where all the gp’s are ready to start at opening times & don’t put people at risk by lying about results or denying treatment
