"Poor care"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Neurosciences (DCN)

(as a relative),

My partner has been a patient at the Anne Rowling clinic in recent years. Unfortunately in those years we feel that her doctor has constantly fobbed her off or changed subject whenever she has tried to speak not to mention been virtually non existent in her care.

Countless times my partner has said the pain she is in and yet nothing has been done. Countless times she has requested a particular treatment and it feels like she is just ignored.

We feel seriously failed by our NHS all we want is the care that is needed and a suitable treatment and in my partner's case she's at her wits end and feels that this particular treatment is now her only hope but it seems that no one cares or listens.

Update posted by Scottishlad (a relative)

Hi Jeannette we tried calling the number you supplied but the person on the phone didn't seem to have any sort of clue what we were talking about or anything about care opinion and just said you weren't available for around a week
