"Breath of fresh air"

I am not usually one to write things. I recently changed to this health centre and finally I have found somewhere where you can make an appointment to see who you want when you want. I love the morning free for all, I can see Drs whenever I want. You take a number and wait but usually I am seen within an hour. At my previous surgery I usually had to wait 3 weeks.

How the staff can continue to smile and be helpful I do not know. But they almost always are friendly, smile and seem to try really hard to help me out. It would seem that the patient is still really important to the practice and that is a rare thing now.

Well recommended and it would be a real shame if this practice gets closed down in the name of "improvements"
