I was taken by ambulance to A&E early Saturday morning. I am a paraplegic and the 2 ambulance staff knew I was scared about going to hospital but they reassured me that it is best getting checked out. They were kind and considerate and instantly put me at ease.
From arriving at A&E I knew I was in the best place. Every member of the A&E staff were lovely. I was told of everything they were doing or waiting for. They all worked together. I wasn't kept in hospital but I know that I didn't have to worry as I really was in the best place.
I want to thank the ambulance staff and A&E staff for looking after me.
Mrs K Baines
