"Annual review is a misnomer"

About: St Lukes Hospital / Rheumatology

First appointment for osteoporosis was in April 2017 at 9.15am. Eventually saw a registrar at 11.30 who only had the letter from my GP. There was no written information about the drug I was to have, nor could the registrar answer my questions. A very unsatisfactory consultation. I am still waiting to receive an appointment for my ANNUAL review and drug infusion which should have been done in APRIL 2018, by the time this department gets its act together it will be 2 years between infusions - not at all acceptable when the plan is for annual infusions over 3 years.
