I was admitted on the 2nd Dec as a NHS patient for a total left hip replacement.
I found all the staff to be caring and professional from the receptionist to the surgeon.
I was well looked after and although in an en suite room with tv did not feel isolated as the staff were not slow to reply to the bell.
The contract catering staff were prompt and polite.
