I have been treated successfully by One Recovery Bucks for addiction to a pain killer (Tramadol) and they were a great help in my recovery.

The best part of the service was the support given by the non clinical care workers and my main one was superb in supporting me and my needs especially through difficult (withdrawal) times.

What could have been better though is the advice given from the clinical team who changed their treatment plan for me and led me having to ask my GP to intervene on my behalf.

Also the premises were not very welcoming as most patients using the service appeared to be street users and it sometimes added up to a difficult experience

Thanks for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback. It is great to hear that you have found the service useful to overcome you dependency to Tramadol and find recovery.

It is always good to get feedback about our recovery workers who provide the psychosocial interventions and support. I will ensure they all hear you positive feedback.

Sorry to hear you didn't feel our clinical team best met your needs on this occasion. As I don't know your case I can't comment further at this stage, but please get in touch if you want to discuss with me in person. What I can say is that when service users are prescribed opiate medication by their GP, we do work in partnership for the best treatment plan with the GP as they normally continue to prescribe.

As you will appreciate we delivery services to a wide ranging audience and our motto is there is "No Wrong Door" for treatment in Bucks, again if you want to feedback your experience please get in touch.
