After a difficult experience in waiting area, my wife had an excellent consultation with her caring, compassionate and person centred consultant. He explained her condition well, he listened and allowed her to chose an option which could help relieve her knee pain. He listened to what mattered to her.

Dear Basil,

Many thanks for taking the time to post your very positive comments about your wife's consultation with the orthopaedic consultant. I am delighted to hear that he listened and involved her in decisions relating to her care which does show excellent person centred care.

I hope your wife's knee pain is alleviated with the plan of care decided for her.
