I visited ward 5 of the new Victoria Wing today 29.10.2018,for an urgent assessment of a skin condition I have. I felt the whole process reception treatment to discharge was carried out in a knowledgeable, friendly and professional manner, by all of the staff I encountered. With the kind of service I have received today there is still hope for our NHS. Still the jewel in the crown. Thank you
