The assessment that Maureen, from the Community Mental Health team, carried out was both very relaxed and very relaxing. Maureen visited me at my home and went through a series of questions, although it seemed more like a naturally flowing chatty conversation than an interview. She was very helpful, very tactful, friendly and efficient.
