My mother was a patient of the Practice from 1954 when she married and moved to Canterbury.
Sadly she recently passed away at the age of 92.
Up until about the last 10 years she rarely had to bother the doctors but when she started to have problems first with her heart and then with falls I started to accompany her to see the doctor.
Since then, through failing health and her eventual admission to a Nursing Home following a broken hip nearly 3 years ago, she was always treated with care and compassion.
Any problems or concern from either myself or the home were dealt with promptly. My calls to the Surgery were always handled competently and compassionately by the helpful Receptionists.
The care she received in the last couple of weeks of her life was what we all hope for.
Thank you.
"Thank you"
