"measuring and ordering support tights (Mens)"

About: Outpatients Centre / Orthotics Department

(as the patient),

I have been trying to re-order support tights for over a year now but was told that I would need to be re-measured ok. I have been measured 3 times over the last year,

the first two times the product was not able to be worn incorrect fit the third time I was measured by a more experienced professional and changed the back length and gusset

width to enable me to walk when wearing them and marked the order as urgent! 

I awaited a response. months passed none, I phoned, first reason given the factory

would need shut down, while production stopped to re-programme my size changes.

next they never received my order ok orthotics department said nice person same result,

time has again passed and I have had no contact or letter for a fitting, I need these to have a life you could say I have not got a leg to stand on. my we attempt at humour.
