Doctor's office lost my medical records and when I tried to explain the doctor how difficult it was for me to get my medication for days, been told that its nothing to do with the doctor I can talk to the receptionist. Doctor was angry!
Within 2 years I have been seen by 5 different doctors, everytime it's like going to new GP. They got very old computer system, difficult for them to find my records. Very bad!!
Doctors lack knowledge or not good in explaining.
