About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Ear, Nose and Throat

Very warm friendly professional welcome from all staff in unit offering reassurance,trust and confidence in procedure.Excellent checks made several times to avoid the slightest error amid a busy but efficient and extremely clean !looking facility.Excellent communication from Consultant,Anaethetist,Nurses putting one at ease before Thyroid surgery..Recovery in busy ward very professional and caring,although nightime noises unwelcome meaning little sleep.

Food could be improved however.
