The nurses are usually lovely and 2 of the doctors are too.

But certain doctors here should not be practicing. They cancel you repeat prescriptions without telling you why even though you may have been on the medication for years. The phones are rarely answered and you usually get through to a call centre that have to get addison house to call you back at some point this century. Expect your appointment to be around 30 mins late on average. One of mine has been 75 minutes late once. Let's just say be careful what doctor you see.
