Very disappointing

About: Leigh Infirmary / Endocrinology

(as the patient),

went to my usual Friday morning appointment to be greeted by a person who I felt was dirty and stunk of smoke and was coughing badly

I was shocked to see this. normally the person we have is very polite and friendly on reception but this was very disappointing what has gone on.

I hope this is a one off and not a regular occurrence. I went to book my follow up appointment which I normally get there and then in a very polite manner and was told it would be posted out to me. I hope the usual member of staff has not left.
