"badly miss treated by staff"

About: The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I was taken off a ward and put into my own room because a senior member of staff didn't want me talking to other patients.

I was told to take a tablet by my surgeon and had to ask THREE TIMES for a glass of water

While I was in the room after my operation no one came in to ask if i wanted a cup of tea or even water

it felt like I was stuck in a chair for 5 days without sleep in great pain and though I asked many times for something to help me sleep they ignored my request

I have many problems with the way I have been treated by staff at this hospital One time they didn't bother reading my noted and assumed i had to have another tube put in my neck

I have very little faith with the Management of this hospital. Seems like they don't like the truth been told to them
