"A pleasant experience"

About: Victoria Hospital / Stroke Victoria Hospital / Therapies & Rehab

(as a relative),

My father was admitted to Ward 41 with suspected stroke.   All Staff throughout his journey were friendly, professional and supportive.   Visiting Ward 41 was a pleasant experience with every member of staff making eye contact, happy to respond to every question and keeping us all very well informed. We can't thank everyone enough for making this experience a less traumatic time.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your positive experiences on Ward 41. I will let the staff know that their work has been appreciated and that you and your father felt supported at a challenging time.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write on your experience. It is very nice to receive such positive feedback and I will ensure that this gets feedback to the team.

I hope your father is recovering well.
