After today’s service I cannot take any more, before Christmas I was put on a Statin, not because my cholesterol is high but as a precaution, I’m suffering hair loss and I’m sure it’s due to this drug. I called to speak to the triage but as she couldn’t help me over the phone she suggested I rang to speak to a doctor, I did this and a receptionist not only hung up on me once but twice, when I did get through the only appointment was at 4.30, I had a solicitor appointment at 4.00 so this was impossible, I was just told to call back on Monday, I suffer quite bad anxiety and really need this sorted before it gets so bad I cannot leave my home again, as most women, my hair is my crown, so I’m really really upset, not only that but I’m on tablets to lower my blood pressure when it’s already low, I don’t understand. None of my letters get through to the right people and for some reason my prescription requests go ignored, I’ve been asking since before Christmas to have my medication to be synchronized as I get two a month, yet again I get no response. After 20+ years now it’s time to say goodbye.
"That’s it I’m done with this surgery!!!"
