"Made me feel very at ease"

About: Southampton General Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I went for a SBBO test today. It a two hr test which involves blowing into a tube every 15min. I was seen through the test by s nurse called Jan. jam was brilliant, very informative, kind and understanding. Han made me feel very at ease and explained what was happening each step off the way.
