About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Acute Medical Receiving Unit (AMRU) University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department University Hospital Hairmyres / Geriatric Assessment

(as a carer),

My mum was hospitalised two weeks ago and I want to thank A&E as well as ward 3 nurses and nurses from ward 13 particularly Steven who showed patience and concern and kindness she was discharged five days later

Dear G75,

I'm delighted that your mother was treated with such kindness. Admission to Hospital can be quite a daunting experience, which staff strive to make easier with care and compassion.

I'll be sure to pass on your kind words to Ward 13 and Steven in particular.
