Out patient appointment following recent concerns resulting in my GP requesting an ad hoc appointment, this was initially arranged for late September but which the team were able to bring forward and I was telephoned to advise me of this and check I could attend an earlier appointment.
Friendly helpful staff who all appeared to get on well and work really well together despite a recent change in staff as a new consultant has recently taken over.
I was given details of what will happen next and what to expect in relation to time scales and how this may affect me, all changes in treatment were fully explained and the consultant ensured I was in agreement prior to making them.
