"More than a year from referral to see a Neurologist"

Following a visit to my GP over a year and a half ago, She referred me to see a Neurologist,

I finally got an appointment for in May at the Vic with Doctor Valavaris, who diagnose me with Oromandibular and Cervical Dystonia, A incurable neurological condition treated by giving regular botox injections.  he required me to have some blood work and MRI scan,

The MRI was carried out in July, I was told the results would take about two weeks.

The end of August my husband phoned to see if results were in, he was told it was ready to sign off and I would hear soon, I received the blood results end of August.

We received the MRI results , after further calls I received results of my MRI in early September.

My husband has had to make a further 3 phone calls to try and get a follow up appointment, he keeps getting told thst the message will get passed on.

To date I have NOT had a follow up appointment  sent.

I know you are busy and that there are worse than me waiting, BUT I didnt ask for this painful condition , I HAVE been patient, Now i need the treatment that is the only thing been offered to me.
