I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear sigmafs93,

I am so sorry you suffered a stroke. I can only imagine how scary that must have been. I am pleased however, that your care was as good as you this. Giving 10 stars to the ambulance service, I don't think you can get better than that. And the care from our own team sounds just the ticket too.

Thank you so much for taking time to share this on Care Opinion, it really helps staff morale when they get such lovely feedback.

All the best for your onward recovery,

Eunice

Dear Sigmafs93,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to read that you have suffered a stroke. Titling your feedback as 'one of the scariest moments of your life' I agree is quite appropriate. As a paramedic myself I have attended many strokes and it must be terrifying to suddenly experience those symptoms and feel powerless to do anything about it. I am so pleased however that the care and professionalism is as described in your comments and you have given our crew 10 stars! that is amazing. I am glad to read that the care provided by our partners in Crosshouse was excellent too.

If you would like for me to try and locate the crew that cared for you then I would be more than happy to do so. If I could ask you to email me the date, time and address the crew attended you along with your name I can locate the job and pass on your comments. Don't forget to reference your careopinion username so I can trace it back to this post.

I wish you all the best and hope you are on the road to recovery.

Kind Regards

Alan
