Following a mastectomy and reconstruction in 2014 I have received fantastic care from plastic surgery in York. I wasn’t happy with the results of my reconstruction and the distinct lack of symmetry I was left with. My breast cancer consultant in York suggested he could refer me for plastic surgery. I felt amazed at such care and attention I received after what seemed to be successful treatment to get rid of the breast cancer. I received a quick response to be seen for a consultation and since then have had 3 lots of surgery undertaken by Mr Lim to improve my reconstructed breast and the symmetry with my other breast. I have been treated exceptionally well and the outcome of each surgery has made a significant difference to how I look and feel. 

I can only praise the hospital, Mr Lim & the support of the nurses for their professionalism and care. Thank you!

I am so pleased to hear that Mr Lim and his team have been able to give you the support you needed and that the surgeries have made such a difference to you and the way you feel.

I hope your surgical journey is now over but should you still need treatment I hope your experience is just as positive as this.
