"Physiotherapy - Trying to Book"

About: Adult community health services / Musculoskeletal physiotherapy service

(as a service user),

Does anyone work for the Somerset team?

I was referred by my GP in August.  I have been trying for almost two whole weeks to phone to make an appointment.  Today is the 9th October!

I constantly get a message about staff shortages, or that the allotment of returnable phone calls has been reached or just a message saying that they are really busy, call back later and then I get cut off!

I am really sorry to hear of your frustrating experience trying to book your physiotherapy appointment.

I have made contact with the service manager to find out what has happened here and I will post a response on here as soon as I have further clarity and information on the next steps for you.
