"Thank you for making it happen so easily"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was attending Monklands Hospital Day Surgery for a procedure yesterday  and I was quite anxious about it. From the reception staff, office staff to the nurses, anaesthetics and surgeons I was made feel really as ease before and after. 

Special thanks for after the procedure how all involved came in and checked won me to see how I was and if there is anything that could be done to help. It is nice to see a multidisciplinary team working together so well.

Thank you to the team for making a long awaited day, happen and happen so easily.
