Our son has been under the care of the children's hospital since he was a baby but I have got to say the care we have received recently has been fantastic. Due to our son's complex care he required an anaesthetic to repair a tooth and a toenail removed (random but there you go!). Dental and Podiatry worked together to ensure both procedures would be done at the same time and avoid a second anaesthetic. Special thanks to the dental coordinator who kept us updated over the last few weeks and ensured this was done.
on the actual day of the anaesthetic the whole team were friendly and put us all at ease. the anaesthetist was just lovely and did everything she could to make the whole process as stressless as possible for us. Podiatry came and explained everything, again making sure it would be as easy as possible for our son. After the procedure the dentist came and spoke to us about what had been done and again put our minds at ease. The nursing and reception staff were always kind, cheery and knowledgeable.
I am so impressed at how well the teams communicated. honestly the level of care was just incredible, please pass my thanks to everyone!
