My endoscopy

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I underwent an endoscopy which made me feel quite panicky due to the nature of the investigation   (I chose not to have a sedative due to work commitments). The staff were incredible at providing a kind, calming, reassuring presence and I don't think that I'd have got through it without them. Thank you - you do an amazing job!

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback about your procedure in Endoscopy. As Matron I know how any visit to the endoscopy unit can cause anyone to be nervous and concerned. The staff on the unit always try to put patients at ease and try to help with this. It is so nice to hear that you were helped by the team. I will ensure that they are aware of your feedback and how much you appreciated their approach.
