"Appointment for a cardiograph"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Recently I received a letter inviting me to Ayr Hospital for a cardiograph, an appointment I was expecting. However, the appoint was for 30 July 2018.

The letter advised me I should call between 9:00 and 4:30 if I had queries or needed to change the appointment. I have tried the number given but just get an answer machine. What should I do?

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
