Went in for day surgery for my knee, the treatment from start to finish was excellent. Was shown in to room 4, my details were checked by the nurse assigned to me who also advised me who would be seeing me prior to op.
The anethitist set my mind at rest as regards pain relief, and the consultant went threw the procedure. A member of catering came prior to my op for me to give my order for food after recovery, which I must say was excellent.
I had a couple of small blips following the op, low blood pressure, low temperature and a haematoma where the cannula came out as I’m on blood thinners. These problems were quickly sorted by my nurse. I had previously had this operation done the previous year privately at a different clinic and I can honestly say my treatment at BMI far exceeded my experience previously.
