"Rude reception staff"

I phoned at 9:30 as I over slept due to being on nights I was told to ring bk at 1 in which I did the receptionists was very rude shouting on the phone to me this is an emergency list for people with chest pain and difficulty breathing in response I said I was told to I had been missed diagnosed at primary care the day before with a verruca it is an infection due to a dog hair going through the skin witch is infected and has puss red yellow seeping out to be shouted at saying do you think a verruca is am emergency in which everyone in the doctors waiting area could hear I find this staff member is in need of finding a new job as she has no people skills what so ever and still have not seen a doctor about my infected foot I need antibiotics to stop my self from getting sepsis or is that what they want so you can get an appointment in the afternoon rude rude rude
