What I liked

I spent three nights in ward F3 for a hip replacement and, prior to this, had attended a pre-operative meeting. I was very impressed by all the staff I met during my treatment - they were courteous, very friendly and caring . I felt I was in very good, safe, hands and would certainly recommend Frimley Park hospital to anyone. The staff on F3 in particular were a credit, not just to the hospital, but to the NHS.

What could be improved

Cannot think of anything.

Anything else?

T he hospital is rather let down by the never-ending queues for the car park.

Your kind comments about Frimley Park and the care you have received are really appreciated and we will make sure everyone involved in your care here is made aware of them. We hope you’re recovering well from your op.

You’re right about the car parking, which can be difficult at times. Unfortunately there are no easy solutions and many other local hospitals have similar problems. However, some extra spaces will become available when building work finishes on our new Emergency Department and we are exploring some longer term possibilities.
