I recently underwent a bilateral punctoplasty procedure in the Opthalmology Dept at the Will Adams NHS Centre.
I am an anxious patient, but the treatment I have received throughout has been wonderful, and I have the highest praise for every member of the staff whom I have come into contact with. I have been treated kindly, patiently and with respect. Also with a little much needed humour and constant reassurance for which I am so grateful.
This department is excellent.
