"Fabulous service from audiology department"

My 15 year old son has worn a hearing aid for the past 4 years. Our 15 week old puppy ate it last week! I phoned the NHS Borders audiology department on Monday and was offered an appointment the following day. The senior audiologist was really friendly and helpful, a new mould and measurements were taken, a replacement coloured hearing aid was ordered and we should be back fro fitting within the next couple of weeks. The whole process was smooth, effective and friendly and I wanted to commend the team for such person centred service. On behalf of my son and I, thank you!

PS no harm has come to the puppy:-)
