This is one of the best courses I've ever been on I loved the interaction we had and we've all made new friends but I have also learned for the first time in 49 years that my thoughts, feelings and emotions are important and how to feel positive about myself, I liked the chart we made on week 1 that makes as think about how hungry we actually are and how to have a happy medium where food is concerned throughout the day I learned a lot about nutrients which I'm putting into practice and thinking about having a balanced meal my energy levels have improved since doing the course and I feel a lot more positive a big thank you to Val and Louise for all their hard work and support.
