"Very busy but we had excellent service"

About: Stirling Care Village / Minor injuries unit

(as a relative),

3 year old Granddaughter had fallen from a slide 2 days previously and continued to limp despite pain relief and our first aid measures. She complained of right leg pain.

We decided to have her checked over. Receptionist Agnes was welcoming and helpful. My granddaughter was examined by Charlie who was caring, considerate and efficient and he managed to ease her anxiety around this experience. We had a short wait for X-ray.

Fortunately there was no fracture but follow up has been arranged as she continues to limp and this has been reassuring for her parents.
The unit seemed very busy but we had excellent service. We appreciate the care provided - thankyou
