"Outstanding service"

over the last 6 months or so I’ve had an outstanding service from Market Square doctors and the receptionist. My son had a mole removed and my husband took him, typically he didn’t ask any questions on stitches removal or get them wet etc. I phone reception and she wasn’t sure so said I’ll get the doctor to phone. He phoned within 20 minutes but before telling me what to do etc, the first thing he asked was how was my son. That's a lovely touch. After my quick how to look after it, the doctor said I’ll get someone to call to make an appointment for them to be removed. Within the hour (out of hours) I got a call and appointment made to worknround school time.
