About: Victoria Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

After giving birth to our son we spent 3 nights up in the maternity ward. There was one staff member that showed passion in her job role and that was Claire. Being in the health sector myself I know it’s rare to find people who are in the right job. Claire proved that she was with all her advice and support she gave to my son, fiancé and myself. Anything I asked Claire she managed to get it sorted. There was a bit of confusion about when my son and I would be going home after several times asking no one could give us a answer, we spoke to Claire about this n she managed to chase it up for us. Claire touched our hearts and shares a special connection to the 3 of us - thank you x
