Not seen care co since beginning of August. Unfortunately, they have been off poorly. Nothing in place of care co and out of hours crisis number now ceased. It's all very well and good having a charity IF you get on with that type of service and quite frankly, I don't! I now have nobody to ring out of hours during a crisis and as a result I now suffer on my own and nobody within the team seems to be terribly concerned about that.
I can ring the duty desk during the weekdays if needed and this is helpful to some extent when they ring back. (One person in particular, always listens, is very helpful and I'm grateful for that) However, there hasn't been any appointment or effort made by CMHT to resolve lack of care co.
I am already very much alone and isolated. I am fobbed off with a P.D. diagnosis and left to get on with it. This is worst type of diagnosis to have, you get pushed aside despite other suffering and needing support. I've totally given up asking for help, to see someone in person or a little bit of extra support in the community via CMHT or HTT, so at least that's one less person to deal with. I feel like services/CMHT have adopted the attitude of, this person will get fed up with asking for help, eventually and I really have.
