After becoming a hippie earlier this year I was sent to the hip class in Stepping Hill Hospital Physiotherapy department. This place is so amazing, you get the right level of help and support that you need to make good progress. Totally loved these classes and I don’t think I could have made such a good recovery without them, the exercises were at times challenging but necessarily so. All the physiotherapist are very good but I must give a special mention to Caroline, she is so dedicated, knowledgable and caring, she’s amazing and she doesn’t miss a trick! Helping you modify or perfect your exercises and working on those rotten post op muscle pains (even if I did dread that elbow!!).
These guys have given me my confidence and my independence back and I’m very grateful to them.
