Although appointment was delayed five hours,ward nurses kept us informed of delays and treat us with great respect. Theatre staff were very supportive and pleasant hopefully operation will be a success. Only sorry when asked how it went I joked decided average nothing could be further from the truth please mark as excellent. Please add my extreme apologizes. Mal Tinkler
