(as a carer),

Over the last 12 months my partner has been a patient at the Beacon Centre, X Ray dept, A&E and AEC.

Consistently and without exception her treatment has been first class.

Appointments made in a timely fashion, invariably they are on time, the clinicians have always read the notes BEFORE the meeting and treatment organised.

The Secondary Breast Cancer Care nurse has often worked behind the scenes to ensure that treatment required is swift and co-ordinated.

The Xray department are efficient and have a lovely culture, making patients feel safe and giving a warm reception.

The AEC department are simply the model of efficiency, we have need two urgent interventions and on both occasions they were nothing short of wonderful, getting both done in the same day without fuss and showing care and compassion.

Tough job at the moment being in the NHS, these guys are working through it and making a difference.

It is lovely to receive confirmation that your partner has been and continues to receive good joined up care and is being well supported. Thank you for taking the time to provide us such positive comments.
