"I was nervous for my MRI scan but staff were so helpful"

About: Solihull Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I had an MRI scan this morning at Solihull hospital. As I am not good in small spaces the staff were fantastic at putting me at ease, very friendly and professional . They kept me informed throughout the scan as to what was happening and how long each scan would take. This was in the mobile unit in the new MRI scanner . Brilliant!  They asked regularly if I was ok and gave me lots of encouragement which helped tremendously.

The only thing that could be improved is if i cold be more informed prior to my appointment. 

Thank you so much I will feel at ease if I have to have any more MRI scans.
